Job Position - Business Development Manager, Full time (15000 – 40000 INR)
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, creative, team-player, optimistic, quick-learner, industrious, composite networker, and excellent communicator.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 2.1 grades from a good university.
2) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3) Strategic planner.
4) Bilingual (Hindi and English Language Knowledge).
5) Strong work ethics and interpersonal skills.
6) Willingness to commute.
7) Computer literacy and internet knowledge is essential.
Responsibilities:
1) Make new business contacts to expand our reach and market.
2) Manage, supervise, motivate, and inspire team members to improve productivity and minimize mistakes.
3) Make work schedules for daily planned activities and keep track of them to achieve short-term goals.
4) Devise strategies to price and market products.
5) Set targets and deadlines to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
6) Interact with key stakeholder to understand their long-term objectives and concerns (operational and marketing aspects of the business).
7) Liaison effectively with the clients and within the team to encourage meaning full discussions.
